Job summary

Travel MedSurg RN (Acute Care) position for diverse adult patients in an acute care setting. Responsible for comprehensive assessments, care planning, medication administration and telemetry monitoring.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe surgical recovery, accurate EMR documentation, and effective patient and family education throughout discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with MedSurg and acute care experience.
• Clinical judgment for complex assessments.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation.
• Medication administration skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans.
