Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg unit in an acute care setting to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse adult patient population.

The nurse will perform patient assessments, administer medications, and coordinate treatment plans with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, while educating patients and families and maintaining accurate EHR documentation. Emphasis on patient safety, teamwork, and quality care.
