HCA Florida Blake Hospital in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse to provide expert clinical care in a high-quality Med/Surg environment. You will assess patients, educate families on medications and treatment plans, and maintain accurate records, ensuring adherence to physician orders and standards of care.

The role requires FL RN licensure (or compact license with activation within 60 days), a Nursing Diploma/ASN (BSN preferred), and BLS certification.

Formación

• Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse or FL Compact license with active FL RN within 60 days of hire.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Strong critical thinking, service excellence and interpersonal communication; ability to read and follow instructions; PC skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for Med/Surg patients.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatments.
• Maintain and review patient records including tests and examination results.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
