Qualifications

• Only 1 year of RN experience required; open to LTAC, SNF, home health.
• Florida RN license or compact license; active FL license within 60 days.
• Nursing Diploma/ASN required; BSN preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• NIHSS certification must be obtained within 30 days of start.
• Strong critical thinking, service excellence and interpersonal skills; PC literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate Med/Surg patient care.
• Instruct patients and families on medications and treatment instructions.
• Maintain and review patients' records including posting tests and results.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
