You will perform nursing assessments, develop and adjust care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes. A strong emphasis on education, safety, and evidence-based practice is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; RN licensure required.
• BSN preferred.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adult medical/surgical patients.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Prioritize care in a fast-paced acute care setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other staff to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Promote safety and adherence to hospital policies.
