Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical/Surgical Unit in Michigan. A MI RN license and at least an associate degree are required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care interventions including medication administration and treatments.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to care team, physicians, patient and family.
• Assists with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Collaborates across disciplines for transfer, discharge, referrals and psychosocial support.
• Provides patient/family education appropriate to age and condition.
• Advocates for patient physical and emotional well-being.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
