Regional Health Services in Cresco, IA is seeking an RN to provide general nursing care and leadership across age groups. The RN will work closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to promote patient health through assessment, planning, and coordinated care.

The role requires Iowa RN licensure, BLS/CPR within 3 months of hire, and certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and NRP within a year, with some specialties like Emergency room TNCC expected.

Qualificações

• Registered nursing degree from a nursing school.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa.
• BLS (CPR) required or obtained within 3 months of hire.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP Certified within 1 year.
• NRP not required for Surgical RN-Advanced
• For specialization to Emergency room completion of TNCC.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general nursing care and leadership to patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Deliver, delegate, evaluate and coordinate comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process for patients of all ages.
