Avera in Cresco, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care and leadership, working with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to promote patient health. You will coordinate comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process for patients of all ages and backgrounds.
The role requires Iowa RN licensure, CPR/BLS with certification within 3 months, and may require ACLS/PALS/NRP within a year. Rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends/holidays in the United States.
Competenze
- Registered nursing degree from a nursing school.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa.
- BLS (CPR) required or obtained within 3 months of hire.
- ACLS, PALS, NRP Certified within 1 year.
- NRP not required for Surgical RN-Advanced
- For specialization to Emergency room completion of TNCC.

- Provide general nursing care and leadership, working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
- Promote and restore patient health as you prescribe, provide, delegate, evaluate and coordinate comprehensive professional nursing care.
- Provide physical and psycho-social support to patients, friends, and families.
