Mercy Fort Smith is seeking registered nurses for the Med Surg Service Line, a busy unit with cross-training opportunities across eight specialty units. The team emphasizes clinical growth, collaboration, and compassionate patient care in a dynamic environment.

With a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs and no contract, Mercy supports nurses early in their careers as well as seasoned professionals seeking variety.

Formación

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
• Certifications: American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care for patients in the Med Surg unit, including pre/postoperative and medical patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans and ensure safe patient transitions.
