Job summary

Mercy Fort Smith’s Med Surg Service Line invites experienced RNs to join a dynamic 8-unit department caring for patients preparing for or recovering from a wide range of medical and surgical interventions. A home unit and cross-training across specialties provide variety and growth.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs with at least 1 year of experience, no contract, and outstanding benefits for 32+ hours per pay period. New graduates welcomed to grow their clinical foundation here.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days.
