Job summary

Hancock County Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care on medical-surgical and emergency units using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring safety and continuity.

Part-time position: 60 hours per pay period (five 12-hour shifts), day shift 6:15 am–6:45 pm, with weekend/holiday rotation every third weekend. Iowa license required.

Qualifications

• RN must graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Iowa.
• Excellent computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process for medical-surgical and emergency patients, ensuring safety and continuity of care.
• Care for all types of patients on the assigned unit while maintaining professional nursing standards.
