Job summary

Wellstar Health System's Columbia County Medical Center in Georgia is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time day shifts (36 hours per week, 3/12s). The RN will collaborate with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while upholding confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.

You will engage in performance improvement, mentorship, and leadership duties, and support Shared Governance.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma; Bachelors in Nursing preferred.
• All required licenses and certifications must be obtained at hire; BLS required; RN license or multi-state compact.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing services as part of the patient care team.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Communicate care plans to patients, families, and staff.
