Job summary

Temple Health is recruiting a Registered Nurse for the 4A Med Surg unit on a 36-hour day-flex schedule (7:00 am–7:30 pm) at the Jeane s Campus in Philadelphia. The RN will assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under physician direction, collaborating with families and the care team to individualize treatment.

Requires education from an accredited school of nursing, PA RN license, BLS, and a multi-state compact license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1 year experience in area of clinical specialty preferred.
• PA Registered Nurse License required.
• BLS required.
• Multi-State Compact RN License required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement and evaluate care for assigned patients under physician direction.
• Collaborate with patient and family and health care team to individualize patient care.
• Direct nursing support staff in provision of patient care according to standards and policies.
