Job summary

Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care on 4 East. The role requires a BSN, Massachusetts RN licensure and BLS, with 24-hour day shifts and eligibility for every-other-weekend and holiday commitments.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care under the Nursing Department's Clinical Practice Manual and in alignment with the Patient and Family Centered Care Model and ICare standards in a Magnet-designated community

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Massachusetts RN Licensure required.
• BLS certification required.
• Medical/surgical experience preferred.
• Adheres to ICare standards.
• Demonstrates ability to manage stress and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for assigned patients.
• Provide care in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care and the Practice Manual.
• Support Patient and Family Centered Care in a Magnet-designated hospital.
