North Shore Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg setting. The role involves assessing patients, coordinating with the care team, and educating families to support recovery.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with 12-hour shifts (day and night). Competitive hourly pay, bonuses for full-time performance, and comprehensive benefits are available. Florida RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Basic Arrhythmia skills.
• Completion of Telemetry/Critical Care course preferred.
• Computer Skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct nursing care in accordance with policies and protocols.
• Establishes relationships with patient and family to tailor care plans.
• Uses nursing process to assess, diagnose and plan care; documents outcomes.
• Develops care plans considering physical, cultural, social, and economic factors.
• Coordinates with inter-professional team to meet patient needs and goals.
• Educates patient and family on measures to promote health and comfort.
