Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multi-state or single-state privileges.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required based on specialty.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance, quality initiatives, and evidence-based practice to improve care.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with patient/family involvement.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, coordinate with care team, ensure safety.
• Maintain accurate electronic health record documentation and adhere to policies.
• Float to other units or facilities as needed to meet patient care needs.
