Job summary

Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital in Boston, MA, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 36-hour Day/Evening rotation, including every other weekend and holiday commitments. The RN will report to a designated nurse manager and work with a skilled team to ensure high-quality care and adherence to ICARE standards.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Massachusetts RN licensure required.
• BLS required.
• Medical/surgical/telemetry experience preferred.
• Adheres to ICARE standards.
• Evidence of analytic thinking for patient care.
• Observational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills under stress.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide patient care for assigned patients per department standards.
• Participate in 36-hour day/evening rotations and on-site 7 North duties.
• Coordinate with the nurse manager and team to ensure patient-centered care.
• Maintain Patient and Family Centered Care Model in daily practice.
