Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a Critical Access hospital with a 15-bed Medical Surgical unit and a 6-bed Observation unit.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, promote patient- and family-centered care, safety, and quality compliance, and collaborate with an interprofessional team. This safety-sensitive role emphasizes staying alert and communicating care plans effectively.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or ASN with RN license required.
• BSN with 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care.
