Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Med Surg in Harlingen, TX to join our network of healthcare facilities. You will care for a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions, administer medications, monitor vitals, and work with a multidisciplinary team to plan discharges and ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of medical-surgical experience, with EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

ADN or higher nursing degree required.
Active RN license in good standing.
At least 1 year of medical-surgical experience.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Proficient in EMR systems.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement physician-directed treatment plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and facilitate discharge planning.
Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
Document all aspects of patient care per hospital policies in EMR.
