Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for St. Francis Downtown to deliver high-quality nursing care.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess patient status, develop care plans, and implement clinical interventions for medical and surgical patients. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred), one year RN experience, current RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS may substitute for BLS.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience is required.
• Six months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• BLS is preferred on hire; ACLS may be accepted in lieu of BLS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, and assess patient condition.
• Evaluate and revise the plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
