Qualifications

• RN licensure required in appropriate state.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to adult patients with medical and surgical conditions.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions while assessing and responding to changes in patient condition.
• Prioritize care and manage multiple patient needs in a fast-paced acute care environment.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other team members to coordinate care and support positive outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge plans.
• Promote a safe environment following hospital policies and patient safety standards.
