The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree with BSN preferred, and has1 year of acute care experience (or 3 years part-time). Nevada RN licensure, BLS, and department-specific certifications (PALS/NRP) may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• One (1) year full-time or three (3) years part-time experience in acute care preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada; current BLS; current PALS or NRP as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies and standards.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee and guide employees under supervision; uphold Service Excellence standards.
