Job summary

St Mary’s Health Care System, part of Trinity Health, seeks a Registered Nurse for the 4 Med/Surg unit in beautiful Athens, Georgia. The RN will participate in collaborative, interdisciplinary care, delivering evidence-based patient care and supporting the patient visit experience across pathways and plans of care.

The role requires Georgia RN licensure, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and completion of a refresher course within the last 6 months if not practicing recently.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing.
• Refresher course within the past 6 months if practice paused.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop, evaluate, and modify care plans.
• Collaborate with Care Team and Support Team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Deliver nursing care according to standards and within scope of practice.
• Provide care using nursing process, environment, and team-based approach.
