Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Wisconsin is seeking a Travel RN to support Critical Access Hospitals across rural communities. You will deliver direct patient care, follow clinical protocols, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.

This contract-based role offers housing stipend or provided accommodation, travel reimbursement, and opportunities for professional development while you explore diverse destinations and expand your clinical expertise.

Qualifications

  • The candidate is a licensed RN with current state licensure.
  • BLS certification is required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience; rural care is a plus.
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with healthcare teams.
  • Willingness to travel and work on a contract basis.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the applicable state.

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in challenging situations.
