Job summary

i4 Search Group seeks an experienced RN for the Medical/Surgical unit in Farmington, NM. The RN will assess patients, administer medications, change dressings, monitor vitals, and educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.

The role involves supporting physicians during examinations, helping with tests, and contributing to care plans. A minimum of 1 year RN experience, active state licensure, and strong communication are required; a $25K sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a clinical setting.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Supervisory experience is helpful.
• Current certifications as required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess psychological, social, spiritual, educational, and discharge planning needs of patients.
• Review patient history and physical with patient/family and ensure timely completion.
• Review information obtained by other health care team members.
• Formulate an individualized care plan, including discharge planning.
• Evaluate patient progress with the health care team.
• Document in patient records and maintain accuracy.
• Advocate for the patient’s physical and emotional well-being.
