Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care in a Med Tele unit, supporting complex diagnoses and post-surgical care.

You will assess patient needs, coordinate care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. Full-time or part-time roles with 12-hour shifts and weekend rotation are available. Competitive benefits include health insurance, PTO, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire).
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a Med Tele unit managing complex diagnoses such as cardiac issues, sepsis, infectious diseases, and post-surgical care.
• Assess patient needs, coordinate care, and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
