You will apply the nursing process, monitor patient outcomes, and ensure timely, compliant documentation while advancing professional development and service area initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current Minnesota RN license (HR verification).
• CPR within 30 days of start date.
• ACLS required for all direct patient care RNs.

Responsibilities

• Applies the nursing process to assess data from patient, family, and interdisciplinary input.
• Develops and implements a plan of care with identified outcomes with patient and team.
• Evaluates patient progress relative to the care plan and updates as needed.
• Completes timely, comprehensive patient documentation per service area standards.
• Applies Evidence Based Practice and Quality of Care Standards.
• Demonstrates Safe Patient Care Initiatives in delivery of care.
• Shows stewardship of resources in nursing practice.
