Viper Staffing Services L.L.C. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist specialized in Medical-Surgical (MedSurg) for onsite hospital settings to assess, plan, and implement patient-centered rehabilitation.

The role supports diverse inpatient populations across geriatric, orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical cases. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, apply advanced physiotherapy techniques, and ensure thorough clinical documentation in EHR for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in acute care hospital settings.
• Discharge planning and home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in clinical documentation standards.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional capacity.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders and patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment to optimize outcomes.
• Document clinical findings in EHR systems following standards.
• Assist with discharge planning and home environment evaluation.
• Provide education to patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and safety.
• Manage care plans for geriatric, orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric patients.
• Utilize trigger point therapy and physiologic modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and healthcare regulations.
