Qualifications

• Minimum six months of recent acute or sub-acute nursing experience.
• Current California RN license.
• ONS Provider Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
• Experience in chemotherapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing care per standards.
• Demonstrate leadership and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Ensure patient safety and medication administration per five rights.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Document accurately and timely in EHR systems.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for discharge planning.
• Support patient and family education and discharge instructions.
