Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months of experience in an acute or sub-acute facility within the last three (3) years.
• Registered Nurse License (California) is required.
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Provider Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process and adhering to care standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead the health care team; delegate tasks appropriately and ensure accountability.
• Develop and contribute to individualized care plans with multidisciplinary teams; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Ensure patient safety, medication administration accuracy, and comprehensive discharge planning.
