Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition at admission and with each shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider and document care in the medical record; administer medications and monitor responses.
• Provide compassionate care and promptly respond to patient requests, proactively anticipating needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up measures.
