Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.

You will apply critical thinking and nursing processes to promote health, preserve dignity, and support patient autonomy. The role includes patient education, effective communication with diverse teams, and assistive procedures, with emphasis on safety and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Computer literacy required.
• RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Preferred: ACLS/PALS certifications.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients based on medical conditions.
• Administer medications as prescribed and provide age-appropriate care.
• Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and support treatment plans.
• Assist with procedures, demonstrating technical skills.
• Address psychosocial needs and coordinate post-discharge care.
• Practice cost-effective resource usage and promote patient safety.
• Engage in lifelong learning to enhance nursing knowledge and skills.
