Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Less than one year of clinical experience post-graduation preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and a commitment to professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using critical thinking and evidence-based practices.
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, promoting cultural sensitivity.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication, including bedside reports and education, focusing on patient goals.
• Coordinate safe, quality care through timely documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration, fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.
• Support performance improvement activities, participate in research, and promote evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor, contributing to workforce development and a healthy work environment.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including safety goals.
