Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN); plan to complete MSN if BSN
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• Required Board Certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Additional certifications or training may be required based on practice area
• Demonstrated clinical leadership and nursing management experience in a medical-surgical setting

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour managerial and clinical support to patients and staff
• Serve as real-time clinical resource for staff and physicians
• Promote patient-centered nursing care for designated populations
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care
• Monitor operations and identify opportunities to improve outcomes and safety
