Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical nursing leadership experience.
• BSN from an accredited school.
• Current RN license per OK State Board.
• ACLS within 60 days of hire; PALS within 90 days of hire.
• BLS prior to direct patient care (14 days).

Responsibilities

• Oversee a 38-bed Med Surg unit with ~45 staff.
• Lead strategic planning, mentoring, and succession.
• Manage physician relationships and engagement.
• Develop and monitor quality initiatives, staffing, and budget planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and staff orientation/training.
• Budget strategies and capital budgets for the unit.
• Initiate activities to enhance revenues and contain costs.
• Foster intradepartmental collaboration.
