Essentia Health is hiring a Nursing Assistant for St Josephs Medical Center in Brainerd/Baxter, MN. The role supports patient care under RN supervision with night shifts, weekends, and on-call obligations as part of a rotating schedule.

Qualified applicants will have Nursing Assistant training, state registry status, and BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 1 month of hire. Flexible benefits and a supportive workplace are highlighted in the posting.

Competenze

• ONE of the following:6 months of patient care experience
• One semester of clinical rotations in an accredited nursing program
• EH Nursing Assistant Foundation course completion within 90 days of hire
