Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and report changes to the registered nurse.
• Document intake/output and daily weights per policy.
• Assist with hygiene, positioning, transport and daily care tasks.
• Maintain safe patient environment and identify patient by armband.
• Communicate observations to RN and complete shift reports.
• Operate general office equipment and support team communications.
