Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Take vitals, monitor vital signs and collect physiological data, and report observations to the RN or provider.
• Perform basic nursing assistant tasks: bed baths, ambulation, wound care, catheterization, and safety assistance.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
