Candidate must have 2-5 years RN experience and a BSN degree. Sign-on bonus eligible and shift differentials provided. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care on a busy acute medicine unit.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• 2–5 years RN experience required.
• Experience in Med Surg/Telemetry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care on Med Surg/Telemetry unit.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and performance as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to planned interventions and policy.
• Lead huddles, communicate with team, and document care.
• Support department goals and patient safety initiatives.
