Community Health Systems seeks a Nurse Manager for the inpatient Med/Surg unit at Bluffton Regional. This leadership role oversees staff, patient care quality, and operational efficiency within a busy medical-surgical department.

The position emphasizes strong supervision, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and staff satisfaction across our facility.

Qualifications

• ADN required
• BSN or higher preferred
• 2-4 years experience in a closely related field required
• 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care delivery and ensures adherence to evidence-based practices.
• Leads quality improvement initiatives and monitors patient outcomes.
• Manages daily operations, including staffing, scheduling and budgeting.
• Fosters collaboration across interdisciplinary teams to improve service delivery.
• Performs case reviews and addresses escalated patient concerns.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
