Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota RN license (BLS/ACLS may be required).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the standards of nursing care and implements hospital policies.
• Develops comprehensive care plans for patients on the unit.
• Coordinates with Education Specialist to provide staff education.
• Reviews and revises departmental policies to maintain quality.
