Qualifications

• Minimal 5 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight of the nursing unit and supports the department director with programs and objectives.
• Oversees recruiting, hiring, and orientation; evaluates staff performance and supports professional development.
• Manages operating expenses and budget indicators; supports quality improvement and service delivery.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; maintains clinical competencies.
• Participates in committees and serves as a resource for physicians and leadership.
• Identifies improvement opportunities through data analysis and collaboration with partners.
