Montefiore Einstein in the Bronx is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support daily operations of our Medical/Surgical unit. You will coordinate patient care activities, support nursing staff, and promote clinical excellence in a fast-paced hospital environment.

In collaboration with the Nurse Manager, you will ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while leading teams, managing priorities, and upholding Montefiore Einstein's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg clinical experience.
• Current New York State RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and foster teamwork.
• Excellent organizational skills and commitment to quality care and customer service.
