Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN and 3+ years of leadership experience.
• MSN or equivalent master’s degree is preferred.
• Current TX RN license and CPR certification required.
• CPR with 14-day validity window upon hire is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Registered Nurses to deliver patient-centered care.
• Oversee clinical operations and drive unit performance toward goals.
• Develop and implement programs; facilitate staff participation in governance.
• Establish and sustain effective communication channels; conduct regular unit meetings.
