The ideal candidate has TN or compact LPN license, completion of a practical nursing program, and BLS; experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee or compact LPN license.
• Graduate of a Practical Nursing program.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire; PEARS within 6 months.
• IV competency preferred with 1 year to obtain.
• Handle With Care (HWC) preferred.
