Job summary

Franklin Medical Center is seeking an LPN for the Med-Surg night shift (12-hour shifts, 7pm-7am) with a rotating schedule of 7 on/7 off. You will provide nursing care and assist with patient treatment under RN supervision, ensuring privacy and adherence to policies.

Qualifications include graduation from an LPN program with a valid license; CPR update preferred. Desirable but not required: IV therapy training and prior nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a course for LPN and license. CPR update.
• Work Experience: Desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Understands and follows Franklin Medical Center policies; maintains patient privacy and professional conduct.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed; records accurately.
• Assists with dressings, patient rounds, and discharge tasks as needed.
• Rotates to different areas and acts as Charge Nurse when required.
• Maintains equipment and ensures cleanliness of the unit.
