Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Medical-Surgical care under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role focuses on applying nursing processes and delivering patient-centered care while maintaining nursing standards and accountability.

Requirements include an active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, CPR if applicable, health certificate, and compliance with federal/state/local rules. Travel assignments are available in Arkansas.

• CPR certification if applicable.
• Health certificate valid per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Under the supervision of a registered nurse, administers and applies nursing processes to deliver patient care.
• Assists others in the management of patient care and ensures care standards are met.

Job description

Under the supervision of a registered nurse, the LicensedVocational/Practical Nurse - Medical Surgical assumes responsibility andaccountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery ofpatient care. Consistently performsaccording to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care andassisting others in the management of patient care.

• Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License in statepracticing
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
