Essentia Health St. Mary's - Detroit Lakes is seeking a registered nurse to organize and provide comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

The role requires a BSN or ADN and active licensure in the state of employment. BCLS within one month, ACLS within one year, and PALS/TNCC/NRP within one year are required. 0.6 FTE with potential remote/hybrid options and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within 1 year of hire or transfer

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon licensure and job descriptions
• Contribute to the mission and goals of Essentia Health and meet regulatory requirements
