Kansas Health System’s Great Bend Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Assistant - GB (CNA) to join its team on a PRN basis. The role requires the ability to follow delegated tasks from the RN, provide compassionate care, and maintain high customer service standards within a hospital setting in Great Bend.

The ideal candidate will have general nursing assistant knowledge, a High School diploma or GED, at least 6 months of medical center experience, and coursework in medical terminology.

Mansioni

• Collects initial and ongoing data as delegated in regards to the health status of the patient based on chart documentation.
• Follows an individualized plan of care that promotes positive immediate and long-term outcomes for the patient/family and reflects the plan of the entire health care team.
• Carries out interventions safely and in compliance with policy to facilitate achievement of expected outcomes as delegated.
• Accurately documents patient response to intervention /therapy based upon expected outcomes.
• Carries out delegated patient care activities and communicates with other members of the healthcare team as evidenced by positive patient outcomes.
