• Provide total, comprehensive, continuous, patient-centered care through assessing, documenting, planning, implementing, teaching, developing and evaluating a nursing care plan.
• Deliver direct patient care and ensure patient satisfaction within the Medical Surgical unit.
• Train and delegate duties to Nursing Care Technicians and staff, following university policies and applicable regulations.
